Open Support, then the request about HBR-04.

The node is back, so choose Mark resolved and confirm. The request moves to Resolved.

If the problem comes back, choose Reopen. The request is open again with its whole thread, so whoever picks it up has the history.

Try it in the portal

Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
