Read the subtitles

The page names the account the link signed in. Type a new password of at least ten characters. A sentence you will remember beats a string you will not. Show reveals what you typed.
Type it again in the second box. Both rules, at least ten characters and both boxes match, show a tick when they are met, and Save and sign in becomes available.
Choose Save and sign in. Saving signs you out on every other device, and the dashboard opens.
