  1. Two roles

The table at the top of Team compares what an authority admin and an operator can do.

  2. Their page

Choose a name to see their decisions, their role and how they sign in.

  3. Choose and confirm

Under Role, choose Authority admin, then Change role and confirm.

  4. Remove access

Remove signs the person out at once. Their decisions stay on the record. Cancel keeps them.

At the top of Team, the table shows what each of the two roles can do. Pick the smallest one that lets someone do their job, and keep at least two admins so the account is never locked.

Choose a person. Their page lists their decisions with the reasons they gave, their role, and how they sign in.

Under Role, choose the new role, then Change role and confirm. The change is recorded in the audit trail. You cannot change your own role; another admin can.

When someone leaves, use Remove access. They are signed out at once and can no longer open the record, but their decisions stay on it under their name. Here we cancel.

Try it in the portal

Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
